Returns

We hope you will love everything you buy from Pro Vision Clothing, but if not you can return your item within 7 days of receipt. There is no need to telephone us when sending us the return as long as we receive it new, unwashed and unworn, in perfect condition, complete with swing tags attached and in the original packaging. Please take care when trying on garments, perfume or makeup may leave marks,  used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please return your invoice letter and reason for return or replacement along with the unwanted item back to ;

Payment for returning the item is at your expense and we strongly recommend that you return items via registered post or recorded mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost, as without this we cannot accept responsibility for packages that fail to reach us.

Please note that returns postage cannot be refunded

When we have checked the item returned and are satisfied that the returns policy has been adhered to we will refund your payment for the item in full within the next 7 working days through the account originally used to purchase the goods. No third party card will be accepted for refund.

Faulty Goods.

All products are checked by Pro Vision before they are despatched to you, so they should reach you in perfect condition but if anything is received by you damaged we will refund or exchange the item. When returning faulty items or items we have sent by mistake, please return them to us in their original packaging. We will exchange or refund in full and cover the cost of your postage providing a valid receipt is enclosed.

Please note that items that are returned to us through wear and tear are not classed as faulty and will be returned to you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
