Windtex

Windtex is a light, elastic heat-regulating membrane that is windproof, waterproof and breathable. Pro-Vision clothes featuring Windtex have the Windtex membrane sandwiched between a protective outer layer and a fleecy inner to provide warmth and durability.

This makes it ideal for use by cyclists as it provides outstanding protection from the cold while allowing perspiration to be wicked away, keeping you comfortable.

We use two different weights of fabrics, 130 g/m2 and 320 g/m2.

Digital Printing System

With our new Digital Printing System you can have as many colours as you like with no additional costs. The added advantage of the new printing system is that small quantity orders can now be produced. The laborious setting up work involved in screen printing is now a thing of the past.

Digital Proofing System

Before production you will receive full colour proofs using the actual graphic file and patterns that will be used in production. This will allow you to see exactly where your logos will be placed and how different sizes will affect the design.

Digital Cutting System

We use the OptiTex™ advanced CAD/CAM cutting system for optimised and consistent patterns meaning you get perfectly fitting clothes every time.

Calender Transfer Press

Your design is transferred to the material using a state of the art calender transfer press from Monti Antonio S.P.A. - the worlds leading producer of textile machines.

SQL Database

For several years our company has run it's ordering and production system using a custom built SQL database. In the very near future our WebClient application will allow you to enter your order directly into our system enabling you to print out almost instant price quotations and allowing you to see how the various options effect prices.
